Fiesta Hispana Coordinating Committee, was a voluntary group established for the purpose of sharing our heritage and the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries with our community. By hosting an annual festival, it helped to raise scholarship funds for Hispanic students seeking higher education.

From 1997 to 2007, Fiesta Hispana granted over $29,000 in scholarship funds. The new Coordinating Committee is proud to continue their legacy.

Fiesta Hispana Vendor Application(required)

Vendor Space $75 – 10×10 CANOPY SPACE Allows you 10×10 foot space that you are allowed to decorate and set-up as you please. Vendors are required to bring their own straight leg tent, tables, & chairs. Tents require 20-30lbs of weight for each leg to avoid damage to others and your tent if there are high winds. We do ask that if you have minimal props for the outer space of the tent (welcome signs/large plant/flags). No electricity is provided please plan accordingly. Make sure to bring battery or solar powered lights for your tent space.(required)

Food Vendor $250 – Food prepared/served by vendors (food trucks, perishable food items, alcohol vendors) Must submit copies of Winnebago County Food Permit. A copy of your Food Handlers Certificate. The Rockford Park District currently recognizes Pepsi-Cola as the exclusive nonalcoholic beverage provider for the 2025 season. Any soft drink/sports drink sales must be Pepsi products in 20-ounce plastic bottles at $3.00 per bottle and Pepsi brand water at $2.00 in 20- ounce plastic bottles for consistency in event pricing. No canned or glass bottled beverages will be allowed without written approval from the facility manager or designated Rockford Park District official. Certificate of Insurance.

If for some reason you are not able to make the event a 24-hour notice is required, or you will not be allowed to participate in future events. All payments are required within 48 hours of your acceptance email. All payments are non-refundable.(required)

Hold Harmless Agreement – It is necessary for all Vendors to sign the following Hold Harmless Agreement for insurance Purposes. An application without signature is not deemed complete and will not be considered (even if payment included). I/we agree to protect, indemnify and save and keep harmless Fiesta Hispana and its staff, and any and all other businesses related to or involved in the event against and from any incident or other occurrence on our said premise, causing injury to person or property whomsoever and whatsoever and will protect, indemnify and save and keep harmless the above mentioned parties from any and all claim, cost or expenses arising out of our use of the aforesaid premises.(required

Media Release – When you enter a Fiesta Hispana you enter an area where photography, audio, and video may occur. By entering the event premises, you give consent to interview (s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publications, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecast, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or other purpose by Fiesta Hispana and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and or/videos made may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Fiesta Hispana. You release Fiesta Hispana, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recordings taken by person/s designated to do so by Fiesta Hispana. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and Media Release and H.H.A. before entering the event.(required)
