The Fiesta Hispana Queen Coronation is a program designed to acknowledge the accomplishments of Hispanic female youth in the Rockford area, rather than a traditional beauty pageant, with the goal of recognizing and cultivating the exceptional qualities and leadership abilities of these outstanding young women.

Qualifications:

• Hispanic Background
• Between 16 years old to 21 years old, not married without children
• Currently be attending High School full-time or College full-time or part-time
• Must be a resident of Rockford and the surrounding area (Loves Park, Machesney Park, Cherry Valley and Belvidere)
• Be active in school or community events
• Agree to be available to represent Fiesta Hispana at city, civic and cultural events
• Agree not to hold Fiesta Hispana Coordinating Committee, or anyone associated with Fiesta Hispana, responsible for any accidents or injuries
